Our auditors in China

Philippe André is a Belgian pharmacist. He has been working as a GMP auditor in China since 2008. He was previously lecturing in pharmacology at Tianjin University. He holds a Master of Pharmacy from Brussels University (ULB) since 1991. He is an APIC certified auditor since 2008.

He has performed hundreds of audits of active pharmaceutical ingredients, medicinal products, medical devices, packaging materials, starting materials, etc., including sterile and non-sterile products. His languages are English, Mandarin Chinese and French.

Lily Bao is a chemical engineer. She earned a master's degree from the School of Chemical Engineering at Tianjin University in 2016. She has been associated with our company as an intern before graduation and has become an experienced GMP auditor since. She earned her European APIC certification for the first time in 2017.

She has performed more than a hundred audits of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, starting materials, excipients, etc. Her languages are English and Mandarin Chinese.

Junnian Zeng joined our team in 2020. He was previously working as a Process Engineer in a pharmaceutical company in Hangzhou, China, for more than four years. He obtained a bachelor's degree of pharmaceutical engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2016. He is an APIC-certified auditor since 2020.

He has experience in sterile formulation, the creation of process documents, handling deviations and changes, training new/transferred staff, etc. His languages are English and Mandarin Chinese. He has performed dozens of on-site audits of active pharmaceutical ingredients since 2020.

Lucie Liu holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the China Pharmaceutical University in Nanjing. She worked at warehouse management, production planning and engineering, supervising GMP compliance in various capacities.

Lucie was responsible for self and external inspections, delivered audit evidence and prepared CAPA plans. She was also in charge of deviations, changes, suppliers, validation, and trend analysis.

Silvia Zhang has studied at Zhejiang University of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree of Pharmacy. She is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green belt. Before joining our team, she worked as a QA Engineer for 7 years, acquiring experience in risk management, supplier management, GxP computerized system processes, etc.

Silvia was in charge of two generic APIs and several CMO INT/SM projects, where she handled deviations, OOS, complaints, CAPA, quality evaluation, final disposal of the batches, as well as supervising process validation, cleaning validation, audits, etc.
